Ivan Tereshchenkov image Describe in one word what it’s like working at Kreditech?

I’ll give you two words: challenging and fun.

What time of the working day is your favorite and why?

I prefer the evening hours. I don’t know why, but I feel the most productive at this time of the day. Maybe because most of my teammates are tired at this point. So everyone is speaking less and the work space is quieter.

What is a typical day like for you at Kreditech?

Morning coffee, smiling faces, meetings and challenging tasks. In fact, each day is unique and exciting. Everything depends on current priorities and tasks. Hence, the daily challenges we face as a team makes every working day different and interesting.

What does it take to be successful at Kreditech?

You can only succeed if you understand and believe in what you do.

Tell us your favorite memory at Kreditech?

Project Battlefield is a cross-departmental exercise. We literally start each day with the word: “Warriors!”. The broad aim of this project is to help orient teams into a problem solving mindset. It really works! We have been able to achieve a lot of success, working together as a unified group of talented people.

Do you have any tips for applicants?

Don’t work hard, work smart!

Who has been your greatest inspiration?

I’m mostly inspired by the people doing incredible things that change our world.

What advice would you give your 13 year old self?

Follow your dream. Don’t look backwards. Always move forward.
